Why doesn't data-parallax-image work in CMS?

I downloaded a layout template in which there is a line

When opening the code on a PC, everything works fine, but when I transferred it to modx, the browser stopped showing this picture, all scripts are connected, the paths are set correctly, the browser sees the picture separately.
