Why doesn't Chrome open Https sites?

Good evening, I've been suffering for half a day, they don't know on poppy forums, all hope is on you.

Installed Mac OS, configured, installed Chrome, but it does not open Https sites, safari opens normally. Approximately the same error was on Windows, when the time went astray, but here I have the correct time, except that there is no time zone (so that when Windows is turned on it does not go astray).

Perhaps someone is really trying to spoof the certificate?
Maybe some kind of wifi network with a non-working landing-page? What country do you live in?
