Frontend and Vim. Debugging and testing the interface without a mouse. Is it possible and convenient?

A little interested in the Vim editor, the thing is complicated but interesting in the future.
Its true potential is to keep your hand on the main keys, judging by what they write in articles.
Therefore, I think, how is this implemented for the front-end? Controlling the browser using hotkeys in itself is not very convenient. It turns out that in the end you still need to move your hand to the touchpad or mouse?
Maybe someone can share their experience.
When I use the mouse to navigate, I don't think at all, my cursor dances across the screen very quickly, and keyboard habits need to be honed from scratch, and thinking to use the right commands in different situations. Is it worth it?

I can’t speak for the frontend and vim, but I use emacs for the backend, I’m very pleased.
