Why doesn't caching work on Opencart ocStore 2.1.0.1?

There is free disk space.
The rights to the /system/storage/cache folder are ok.
The cache files are created.

Your length is filesize($files[0] - look where it comes from. And it comes from the glob() function - what does it return? Is it allowed on hosting?
