Why doesn't Bitrix output ACTIVE_FROM in D7?

$dbItems = \Bitrix\Iblock\ElementTable::getList(array(
'order' => array('SORT' => 'ASC'), // sorting
'select' => array('ACTIVE_FROM'),
... .....
in an array outputs
ACTIVE_FROM {1}
no value
