Bitrix ordering not working?

I'm all suffering with a problem, when placing an order, it hangs on the preloader.
The order page is not generated. From mistakes.
in warning exits in goals.php

swears at a line in a function

  }

var_dump shows


Template is from aspro, but because decision of 2018, then there is no support anymore.
