Why doesn't avocode accept all layouts?

Avocode does not accept all layouts. M.b. does anyone know what is the reason? And how to bring the PSD to the form so that it loads without problems?

Use their implicit manager.avocode.com service.
Layouts are loaded there without any problems and through synchronization they get into the application on the computer.
Cyrillic has nothing to do with it, even the size is not very important.

There was a similar problem when the psd itself weighed over a hundred meters. The designer provided images in a 4k resolution layout. Decided by optimizing the layout.
