I was shared the sketch layout in Avocode, but the export of vector graphics is not working correctly ..
in the layout like this:

export like this: (no fill, and the icon itself is a curve)

I had a similar issue with PSD. In my case, the problem is with clipping masks. In short - curve layout.

Try not to work with raster graphics when it comes to such interface elements. Try to get by with either CSS styles (they can really do a lot) or SVG.
As for your problem, here are a few options on how to solve it:
1. You can just make a slice and cut out the icon .;
2. Export the svg and, if necessary, finish it with your hands in illustrator;
3. Request icons from the designer separately;
4. Find the icon on the Internet.
