Why doesn't automatic class suggestion work in visual studio code?

I start to enter the name of the class, but the editor does not react in any way, I installed all kinds of plugins, they do not automatically pick up class names from CSS files in the same way, now IntelliSense for CSS class names in HTML is installed:
