Why doesn't authorization work in ssh via Keenetic DNS?
There is a home router Zyxel Keenetic Extra.
The router has a native DDNS service from the kinetics itself (KeenDNS), which allows you to access the router from the Internet through a proprietary cloud, even without a white IP address.
Forwarding is configured on the router for raspberrypi, port 22. Those. connecting from putty to the raspberrypi.mydomain.keenetic.pro domain, I get an authorization prompt.
The problem is that authentication does not work either by password or by certificate. All passwords and certificates are not correct if connected from outside. Everything works on the local network.
Why is this happening and how can the process be improved?
From observations - if you connect from outside, in the console the password entry window looks like
Password for pi @ ndns-6-15.ndm8.xyz :
If locally then pi @ pihostname.local
Maybe there is a problem somewhere?

ssh via cloud KeenDNS DOES NOT WORK. You are trying to ssh into the cloud server, not your kineticist.
KeenDNS domain name service
Using the KeenDNS remote access service
An example of remote access to home network resources ...
PS
VPN on Keenetic (possible in client mode) + DST-NAT (in Keenetic it is called "Port Forwarding Rule") will help you:
1. Others connections-->Create VPN tunnel + checkbox "Use to access the Internet".
2. Redirect-->Add rule-->specify TCP protocol, port 22, IP address of raspberrypi.
