Why doesn't Angular customization work?

I need your help. I tried to make an adaptive menu in Angular. Unfortunately, I have 2 problems here. I'm trying to make the menu go to the left of the screen, but it appears right away. And the second problem: on the desktop version of the menu is not visible. It only works when I enable the responsive width menu and then expand the browser window to normal size. What is wrong with my code? Please help me with this. On github, I dump the folder with only the problematic component. Thank you very much
