Why doesn't an app built with Cordova for Android reinstall?

I'm building an app in Cordova for Android. The first time the application is installed on the smartphone normally. Reinstallation of the updated version does not work. Writes "update", but the program itself is not. After the application installation process, the message "Application not installed" appears. The situation was repeated on different smartphones and on a tablet. Please tell me what could be the reason?
