Why doesn't adguard home block ads?

Hello. Please tell me why adguard home can not block ads on smart TV and in android applications. And also where to get filters for it.
Initially, after installation, one filter was installed and advertising was partially blocked, but sometimes it even coped with smart TV and android applications. After that I installed additional filters, which I took from the PC browser extension (also adguard). And then ads stopped blocking completely. At the moment, turned off leaving the preset.
