Why doesn't Acer sound work after cleaning my laptop?

Good evening.
Cleaned the laptop, acer aspire v3-571g, replaced the thermal paste and cleaned the cooler.
The first launch - everything works, there is a picture, the keyboard presses everything seems to be fine, until I realized that there is no sound, and later that wi-fi does not work.
In device manager, devices are visible (see attached image).
Fixing the windows problem with tools (diagnostics) does not help, it says that you need to reboot, but this does not help.
I installed sound drivers from the Realtek site, asked for a reboot - it did not help.
If you manually try to install the driver, it says that it cannot do this, because the board is disconnected from the motherboard ... but it is in the task manager, and the ID and other data are visible.
It seems like it is possible to activate these devices (sound, wi-fi module) via bios, but in my laptop model, I just simply did not meet such options ...
Please tell me what other options for fixing this problem are, except for carrying it to the service Centre.

Disassemble the laptop again, see if all the wires / cables are connected back.
