Why doesn't a torrent giveaway have a unique magnet link?
There is some kind of torrent distribution. For example this one .
If you download the .torrent file from that page and upload it to the magnet link detection service, for example https://nutbread.github.io/t2m/ , then there will be a magnet link

YWD42Z2C6IBK5JUOE62FQ74IVI4HPAQE there is a distribution hash and if you substitute it in a magnet link, it will be like this
magnet:?xt=urn:btih:c587cd6742f202aea68e27b4587f88aa38778204
Both of these magnet links download the same material. And this is the case with all torrent trackers that provide magnet links for downloading material.
Why is that? Why torrent distribution does not have 1 unique magnet link.

It's the same hash. It's just that the service gives it out in base32 .
