What causes such errors in uTorrent?

UTorrent keeps getting this error c2n.me/3f3rVBQ . A complete reinstall doesn't help. The system disk was banished by two antivirus programs - everything is clean. Because of what it can be and how to overcome?

It's time to stop using Windows XP.
As a temporary solution, I recommend rolling back uTorrent to version 1.8.2:
