Why does Yandex open a site via http by default?
How to make sure that even Yandex opens the site always on https?
Chrome opens https by default, and Yandex with some joy always http

This is because a) Chrome defaults to 'Always use secure connection' and the browser itself redirects from http to https
b) the Web server is not set up / configured incorrectly to redirect to https.
