Why does Yandex not index links on the site?

For some reason, Yandex does not index links for the site , which are located on each page here . For example, Google indexes everything normally, what is wrong with Yandex?

Create a sitemap and try sending it through the Yandex.Webmaster service and see what happens. Perhaps he simply does not see them or considers them garbage.
