Why does Yandex mail resize pictures up to 1x1 pixels?

Hello everyone.
When laying out an adaptive letter, I ran into a problem when sending it to Yandex mail. Namely, the letter opens without pictures, got into firebug to see what was the matter and saw that when the picture was resized by Yandex, it became 1x1 pixel
https://resize.yandex.net/mailservice?url=https%3A...
In all other mailers everything is displayed correctly. in the newsletter, the tags are set to width=100%, and height=auto. I tried to replace the blocks with the existing sizes and set the height and width hard - it did not help. Navsyaky wrote to them in support. And for some reason such a jamb with all the old mailing lists from our service. Has anyone encountered such a problem? Or maybe you have an idea why?

@teror4uks

threw off, but the mail is from Google, everything will be ok there.
UPD: And so I forgot about this problem, but it was solved as follows. Yandex procrastinated the ticket I compiled for a month. As a result, for our part, we opened http access to the section on the site where the pictures for mailings are located. The most interesting thing is that in just a couple of hours, Yandex replied that my problem was fixed :) I did not try to convince them of this...

Had the same problem. It turned out that this was due to the incorrect address in the src of the picture, the link began with "//". Prescribing http: or https: links at the beginning solves the problem
