Why does Yandex have a broken form when sending messages?

Good afternoon
I want to send a request to Yandex support, but in the form of the site input field there is a selector that does not allow you to select anything, well, I can’t write with pens. As a result, when submitting the form, a validation error occurred.
Is it just me or all of them?
