The quality of Yandex Cloud Mysql. Advantages and disadvantages?

Good afternoon

I am considering moving databases to Yandex Cloud Managed Service Mysql.
Who has experience with them? I didn't find any reviews on the internet.
Particularly interested in: stability, speed, replica, switching from a downed node to a working one
