Why does wusa not want to install updates?

Hello everyone, tell me there is such a problem: on a number of computers in the domain network, you need to install some update in the msu format, for this I created a login script in group policies to execute on these computers of the form:
cmd / c "wusa 'file path\file
.msu ' /quiet /norestart" I need the update to be installed without disturbing users, the script works but the update is not installed, I began to understand what was happening directly on the computers themselves:
execution

wusa 'path to file\file.msu' /quiet /norestart

happens quickly and without any errors and nothing happens, but the update does not appear in the list of installed updates, the file path is 100% correct,
then I try to execute
wusa 'path to file\file.msu' /norestart

- such a window pops up as if you just run wusa.exe without anything - a list of wusa options for use on the command line is displayed, and that's all, i.e. if you execute wusa with options, then wusa does not seem to see that I am pointing it to a file for updating, but if you execute
wusa 'file path\file.msu

those. without any options, then everything is OK - the installation of the update starts and is successful, but you constantly have to press Further and further and all that, but I need the installation to go quietly, why is wusa with options not running?
