Why does Woocommerce show different shipping options?

Strange situation. Created two delivery options "Sdek or Russian Post" and "Courier delivery".

On the PC, everything shows fine, these options are displayed. I go through the mobile, it shows me one option "Single rate". How to fix?

upd. It turns out that when I am logged in as an admin, I am shown the options created in the admin panel "Sdek or Russian Post" and "Courier delivery", for guests of the "Single rate".
