Why does windows start to sag in gaming performance over time?

I have noticed this trend for a long time. Reinstalled Windows - games run smoothly and cleanly, no friezes or starters. After a month or two, all sorts of moments begin, according to the type of starters and reduced performance, and the longer the period, the worse everything becomes. I did not use third-party utilities like a cliner and so on for the last time, for comparison (until the last time I was flattered, the effect was small, but it was). And so, dear experts - why is Windows degrading ?! Google and Yandex methods do not help much (either at all, or just a little).

PrAw , VladOnOff , Artem , Yan , Yustas Alexu , profesor08 Thank you for your help, advice and words that helped get to the truth. I will describe all my actions and maneuvers that solved the problem. I will also mark all the answers that helped.
And so let's start with the list:
• The location of the swap (ssd, hdd) did not give anything special, after I moved it to ssd, there were regular starters in the evening, although there were none before (this moment will still play its role). So, in order not to kill my ssd, I decided to leave the swap on the hdd. The program for releasing the swap, which was recommended by VladOnOff , also helped. On the ssd it didn’t give me much effect, but on the cdd it gave its result, just because of this the difference is not very big (between swap ssd and hdd).
• The second thing that helped was checking the system for errors, miners, goofy stray software, and so on. I cleaned the registry from a couple of empty or unnecessary autoruns (there were 4 of them in total) using the program recommended by PrAw .
• I also checked the work of TRIM, which turns out to be a rather important thing.
• Checked vsel included for performance, without energy efficiency.
• I monitored the temperatures, everything turned out to be fine with them, so throttling and overheating disappeared.
• There are no viruses, miners and other crap on the PC. Checked automatically through HitmanPro and Curit. And manually through the Autorans program fromPrAw , Anvir Task Manager and Process Hacker. And by the state and behavior of the computer, it is not clear that it is infected. Unless it's some super sneaky trojan, I'd definitely notice.
• profesor08 for tipping the disk, banished victoria, everything is in order. But it is worth immediately paying attention to this, but unfortunately I did not think right away.
• Enabled all kernels on system boot in msconfig, 1 second boost, small but better than nothing.
• Knocked out xbox live, failed to cut out, could not find a working way, but 5-10 fps increased.
• As a resultthe appearance of friezes after all became suspicious for me, they appeared only in the evening and in the morning, which I did not notice and did not pay attention to earlier. After all the manipulations and constant monitoring of the computer, I thought about sinning on the "Windows Update" which I, by the way, cut off, at all levels (but apparently I missed something, but I don't know what yet), but it turns out it started up automatically and at the same time and carries out an update along with the installation right at the time when I play, stupid coincidence, no more. My next topic will follow from this, how to completely disable the update on Windows 10, because Google's methods did not help based on what happened in these couple of days.
PS Separately for those who clucked about my optimization.needs, but did the best he could for himself. And all sorts of assemblies from Vasyan would not help me to fit Windows to MY needs. And I am writing this because I was hurt, I do not argue. I'm just amazed how easily people come in and start spouting heresy instead of writing something sensible.
