Why does Windows see the built-in Ethernet adapter every other time?
For quite a long time I have been observing a strange bug, Windows 10 detects my Ethernet adapter every other time. If, when the system boots, the network interface does not appear in the list, you need to completely turn off or turn on the computer, or reboot. If the adapter is working, it is highly likely that it will not appear in the list the next time the system boots. The drivers are installed when the Ethernet network interface is visible, the Internet via cable works.

Perhaps the power saving option does not work correctly. Some laptops can turn off unused equipment.
Look in the BIOS to see if this option can be controlled.
Since the network adapter is designed to connect to various network devices, by default it conducts many negotiations. Not every time such an agreement goes smoothly. If you have a permanent connection, many settings can be fixed.
And try to change the driver to from the manufacturer.
