Why does Windows 10 not see the Ethernet cable?

Windows 10 does not see the Internet cable coming out of the route (not in available networks or in network connections), but wifi from the same route works fine.
Before that, everything was fine, but recently, while the computer was running, the connection simply disappeared. I checked the cable on another laptop, everything works fine.
Updated adapter drivers to the latest. Did not help.
