Why does windows 10 load the processor so much?
Computer R5 2600x. I put the original 10th, everything seems to be fine, but in idle time the load never drops to 0%, or 8%, maybe 20%. Once it was such that for 10 seconds One drive loaded the percent by 100%. After that I deleted one drive.
There are no left processes, the Wmi provider Host process always works and loads it by 2%. What services can be disabled to reduce the load to zero?

Look for the process that loads the system for the longest and most active. Get familiar with this process. Short-term bursts of activity of some processes are usually normal.
If this is a Windows service, then perhaps there will be some messages in the Windows log that can point to the cause of the error.
If there are no logs and messages, google for the name of the service/application.
WMI can slow down due to installed crooked software / drivers. Remember that you installed the last one, try to remove this software and see how Windows will behave, and so on.
Usually, a high load on one of the services indicates some kind of problem, and it may eventually come out in a more obvious form, or you yourself will stumble upon it. It is not always possible to directly correlate the identified problem with high load, but if they are related, then by solving the problems get rid of the load.
It is often faster to reinstall Windows than to dig for the cause of bad behavior.
