Why does Wi-Fi freeze for a couple of seconds?

In general, I sit at home through Wi-Fi, everything is in order. Everything works with a bang.
Currently connected to another router, in a different location. Router NETGEAR JWNR2000-4EMRUS.
When surfing in the browser - everything is ok. When playing online games, the connection hangs for 4-5 seconds.
On another laptop connected to the same connection - everything is ok.
What could be the problem? Where to dig?

Do you happen to have a non-Intel WiFi adapter in your laptop? They have these problems at a frequency of 2.4 GHz with a bandwidth of 40 MHz, namely, the connection disappears for a few seconds. The problem is solved by finding the right driver (I did not look), switching to a bandwidth of 20 MHz, or switching to a frequency of 5 GHz (my case).

Bluetooth peripherals may conflict with Wi-Fi as one frequency.
