Why does VS code run a previous version of the program?

I had to put up with the fact that you can’t enter data into output. and enable terminal. But for some reason it launches the previous version of the program, that is. There is a program, say "hello world", I press the "Run" button, the text is displayed everything is fine, I change the inscription "hell5235" to display "hello world".
Autosave enabled, Code runner installed.
"code-runner.saveFileBeforeRun": true
