Why does Vkontakte substitute a title instead of a description when sharing?

I noticed that VKontakte sharing broke down on all my sites.
When you try to fumble, a dialog box appears - everything is correct there. But when publishing, the description disappears and the title is substituted instead. It turns out 2 identical texts and a picture, what should I do?
Implemented in the simplest way ( https://habrahabr.ru/post/156185/), all meta tags are there, I work with sharing all the time, but then something went wrong.
