Why does VK define a site as phishing?

If you leave an entry on the VK page with a link to a third-party site, then when you click on this link, VK displays a message that the site is phishing. Although the site is not like that, it's just a regular landing page. Without any scripts, etc. Ssl is also hung up, does not help.
And also, is there any method to try to find out what's wrong with the domain maybe?
Maybe someone has already encountered such a problem?
