Why does Visual Studio think vector is a function?

After the last update of Visual Studio, in its tooltips, vector, map, and some other standard classes began to be displayed as functions (they were previously displayed in orange as classes).
(If I try to go from the hints to the implementation, the constructor inside the vector class opens)
The screen is attached.
Why, why and why?
