I tried with Chart from System.Windows.Forms.DataVisualization.Charting - nothing happened to do this.

If the output needs a picture, and not something interactive, then you can look towards DISLIN . There is a port for .NET.

In my opinion, the task is simple, you can implement it yourself, especially if any interactivity is not needed, only the display of the graph.
