Hello. Installed visual studio 2015 community, and immediately installed a new update (the end of last year). The installation took a very long time. A very long time. But that's okay. Now there is a problem: it takes an average of 50 seconds to load projects or just the program itself (specially measured). As for me, this is a lot! how to reduce download speed? The program itself does not load the system.
