Why does VirtualBox give an error when installing a virtual machine?

Failed to import configuration C:\Users\Andrey\Downloads\IE10.Win7.For.Windows.VirtualBox\IE10 - Win7.ova.
When importing the operating system into Virtual Box (taken from here https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-ed... ) it reaches 99 percent and an error appears, the BIOS already included virtualization
<vbox:Machine> element in OVF contains a medium attachment for the disk image 0940d99c-c380-48c8-9527-b0c9c4fa20d7 but the OVF describes no such image.

The problem was solved by changing the version of VirtualBox 4.3.12
