After a complete reinstallation of Windows in Chrome (I did not check other browsers), the video (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) began to slow down, but not everywhere, for example, it does not slow down in online cinemas, it flies. Before reinstalling Windows, there was no such problem, it flew on all sites. Drivers seem to be all right.
Tell me, what could be the reason? Maybe you need to install a codec or a driver.
