Why does Truckers 2 run at 3 FPS on Windows 10?

I decided on an old laptop, standing in the country, to play truckers. Downloaded, launched. Goes to 2-3 FPS. I am confused. The laptop is really g @ clearly, but 2 GB of memory, Geforce 520 mx and core i5 should pull the old game. Windows 32 bit is, if important. I had another laptop with me, and I launched the game on it. The same thing, but the second laptop has even worse characteristics. I installed the game on pc. Ryzen 5 3600, inno 3d 1050 ti, 16 gb. And everything works fine. But the game was created when there were no such PCs as my laptops
