Why does traceroute show one hop?

Hello today I saw this

sudo traceroute  google.com
traceroute to google.com (172.217.17.142), 64 hops max
  1   172.217.17.142  83,269ms  84,811ms  70,694ms

Why did not show the full output, and how to fix this? I used to look like - all the hops were.

Did you practice bypassing the blocking of distribution by a mobile operator? I mean shamanism with TTL.
