Is it possible for a fee to go through some server to a blocked site?

Is it possible for a fee to go through some server to a blocked site?
Tor browser cannot be enabled. Yes, and it's slow. Is there another way? For example, some paid option. I go to some server, and through it to a blocked site. And that everything would be as simple as surfing the Internet.
If there are such servers, then how much do they cost minimally. In appearance, it is like going to the mirror of the site. That is, the speed should be good. But at the same time, there is no site mirror, and the entrance comes from the server. Although a slower speed is also suitable for the latter option.

Yes. buy a proxy or vpn service.
set up on your home computer and use.

As above - proxy or vpn
From free for home... I personally have enough... bypasses any blocking in the Russian Federation...
https://antizapret.prostovpn.org/
Or frigate3 - download from their website, not from the store

Almost everything can be paid. ;)
As an example, the frigate3 setup is something like this:

Other sites go directly, bypassing the proxy.
If there is little trust in frigate3 (or any other extension not downloaded from the store), then you can restrict the rights in the settings (example from chrome):

Which particular proxy to choose is already a matter of taste. It can be both paid and free.
For those who are blocked, antizapret is suitable.

Servers in data centers usually do not have ILV locks when accessing the Internet from them. So for maximum speed it is better to rent a server in your city if you really need the highest possible speed and a free proxy does not suit you.

In my chrome with the Bypass Runet blocking extension, all banned sites can be opened easily and quickly.
