Why does Total Commander show large letters as small?

Total Commander shows abbreviations with a capital letter, and then - small ones. In the conductor everything is fine. If you write something in brackets - TC also shows normally. This, of course, does not interfere much with work, but I want to understand!

Uncheck "Configuration -> Panel Contents(Display) -> Show old 8.3 names lowercase".
