In shopping mall it is possible to load a list of files from a file - Selection -> Load from file. Missing files, of course, will not be selected, but the necessary ones will be selected, do whatever you want with them.
And you can't get the info because it's an ftp protocol, and it doesn't get the necessary information about the files, but only their list, date, or the files themselves.

There is no such possibility. The main purpose of this plugin is to perform actions based on the contents of files. To process the contents of a file located on the server and available via FTP, you need to upload it to yourself ... Of course, this is an unacceptable work scenario.
If the task is simpler, and there is no need to look into the files, you just need to look for some other plugin...
