Why does Toster get indexed by Google so quickly?

I created a question a minute ago and, typing it into google, literally immediately saw it in the first position.
How does this happen? What gives such a good effect?

If it's about pingalka, then Yandex has it (in the section for cms - I used it 2 or 3 years ago on joomla or look at joomla extensions)
Within 15 minutes the material was already indexed.
Auto-broadcasting on Twitter also helps a lot.
I also experimented with Yandex search on the site (but this was also 2 years ago, now it may not be relevant)
