Why does TinyMCE overwrite html code added in code view when saving the page in MODx?

TinyMCE overwrites html code added in code view when saving the page in MODx Evolution. Those. in the source code view mode in TinyMCE I add, for example, Tooltip tags from the Bootstrap package and everything is OK. But when saving, additional properties of the link are overwritten.
And instead of:

<a href="#" rel="tooltip" data-placement="top" data-original-title="Заявления о государственной регистрации юридического лица по Форме 11001 при создании юридического лица используется всегда">Форма Р11001</a>

I get: Of course, you can do all the pages initially in source code mode, but it's a little inconvenient. <a href="#" rel="tooltip">Форма Р11001</a>

Maybe in the TinyMCE settings, tweak this http://www.tinymce.com/wiki.php/Configuration:extended_valid_elements ?
There is a corresponding setting in the /assets/components/tinymce/xconfig.js file.
