Why does tilde not work in OwlCarousel on iphone?

Please tell me, can anyone come across. I set up the slider through zeroblocks, connected OwlCarousel. It is normal in all browsers, but on the iphone in different slides all the information disappears. First in one, then in the other. What could be the reason?
