Why does Thunderbird stop working on a terminal server?
Faced a problem I can not solve for a month.
Thunderbird stops working on a terminal server for some users. The application does not open, 2 small processes are created for 29 and 2 mb and the window does not appear. Other users are fine. Only restarting the server helps.
I tried to kill the process on the server, archived boxes, killed the profile, nothing helps. The problem still occurs intermittently.
Previously, I saw a similar problem in IBM Lotus for him, even the utility was a special KillNotes that solved the problem when the client stuck.
Help solve the problem, many users restart the server for a very long time.

The solution was found, the thunderbird process conflicts with the audio service on the server, we disable the service, the thunderbird opens normally.
