Spam from vkrugudruzei.ru is displayed in the client, but not in the web version of mail. How can this be?

There is a Thunderbird client and mail on mail.ru is attached to it and spam from http://vkrugudruzei.ru sometimes comes to it, while there are no letters from this spammer in the web version of the mail.ru mailbox. Checked both inbox and spam folder. How does Thunderbird catch these emails?

You have a spam filter set up in Thunderbird itself, and it appears to be using a shared spam folder for all accounts. When you move an email to this folder, Thunderbird deletes it from the server. You can configure Thunderbird to work with spam for an account so that spam is transferred to the server folder, then those letters that Thunderbird considers spam will be transferred to the "Spam" folder on the server.
