Why does the web slow down with Intel UHD Graphics 630?

Acquired macbook pro 16".
Specifications:

  • 2.4 GHz 8-core Intel Core i9 processor
  • 32GB 2667MHz DDR4

It has two graphics cards, one is Intel UHD Graphics 630 , the other is AMD Radeon pro 5300m.

I work with the web. Simple animations and scrolling slow down on a lightweight site when I'm on the Intel UHD Graphics 630. Everything is smooth on the Radeon. What's happening?

From animations, simple things like transform: translate3d(0,0,0) -> transform: translate3d(700px,0,0) or jquery.fadeIn().

It is worth noting that the brakes appear only when DevTools is open. This happened on the previous macbook (i5 2.4, 8GB, Intel Iris), but much less often. This does not happen when DevTools is closed and all animations work smoothly on any video card.

Let me emphasize in advance that the sites are lightweight with simple animations, which almost never slowed down on the previous laptop.

UPD :
Chrome has 4 tabs. In system monitoring like this:

The chrome itself has become braked, it does not depend on the computer. In the same way, it lags, even a simple scrolling of sites. I had to move from chrome to fox for development.
