Why does the VK target show 100 clicks, while the li metric and counter show 60 visitors?
The traffic went only from there, the links are correct, I'm not looking at utm.

1) the transition is not the same as the visitor. Perhaps you are looking at unique hosts, but in fact there are less than 100
2) Different counters behave differently and process data differently
3) There may be a delay in the data in the counters
4) You may have some kind of filters in the counters
5) Clicking and robots have not been canceled
