Why does the VK API not display all the information?

I have a PHP code that generates a table displaying the first and last name of a VKontakte user, as well as a link to his page. He takes the name and surname from the database sites through the user ID.
And the problem is that the table is filled not completely, but randomly, each time almost differently. Then only the first cell can be filled, and the rest are empty, or vice versa, only the last ones. Or a few of some different ones, but for the entire table to be filled, this does not happen.

they just have a timeout for using api)) or just your server cuts off the request to the site because there is a timeout and not all data has time to turn out) like that)
