Why does the virtual machine not start after backup?

There is Proxmox Virtual Environment 7.0-11. VM backup is configured in stope mode, I tried suspend mode, but after backup, the machine also did not start, but remained turned off.
The backup task runs without errors.

Why on earth should it start if it is turned off?
the backup does not affect the state of the machine in any way, and after it works, it returns it to the state in which the VM was.

Start at boot - yes

this is the start, along with the hypervisor.

install Proxmox Backup Server -> configure, make backups in Mode: Snapshot
do not touch the machine, if it is constantly turned on - we will get incremental quick backups,
with the ability to restore files.
